Hennepin County offering Pfizer vaccine on select days

  • 05/25/2021

~ from Hennepin County news

The Pfizer vaccines will be available at the Earle Browne Heritage Center on Thursday, June 3, and Thursday, June 10.

These Pfizer vaccinations are by appointment only. Available to everyone ages 12 and up.

  • Minors 16 – 18 will require a signed parent/guardian consent form, but there is no requirement that a parent or guardian be present. If the minor does not have a consent form, a nurse can contact the parent or guardian by phone to gain consent.
  • Minors 12-15 must be accompanied by parent or guardian (parent/guardian must be 21+).
  • Exceptions to parent/guardian rules are available for emancipated minors, minors who are a parent of a child, and minors experiencing homelessness.

Second doses will be at the same location on June 24 (for those first vaccinated on June 3) and July 1 (for those vaccinated on June 10).
