Hennepin County and the State of Minnesota are both offering incentives for those who get a COVID-19 vaccine soon.
These rewards stack, so those who get their vaccine through Hennepin County are also eligible for prizes from the State.

Hennepin County

Now through June 11, get your COVID-19 vaccine at a Hennepin County vaccine clinic and you'll receive a free Mall of America voucher good for one of the following:

• 6-point ride pass to Nickelodeon Universe
• 2021 MOA Coupon Book
• BOGO pizza at Fair on 4
• Medium popcorn at B&B Theatres

Register for a vaccine appointment at hennepin.us/vaccineregistration or by calling 612-348-8900. Walk-ins are accepted as supply allows. The vaccine is free and you don't need to be a Hennepin County resident.

State of Minnesota

• The first 100,000 Minnesotans, aged 12 and older, who get their first COVID-19 vaccine between May 27 through June 30, 2021, will be eligible for a special reward. Some reward examples include a Great Lakes Aquarium Pass, a Mall of America Nickelodeon Universe Pass, and Minnesota Zoo Admission. • Reward requests must be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health by 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2021. Vaccine information will be subject to verification by the Department of Health. Submit a request online at: Vaccine Rewards / COVID-19 Updates and Information - State of Minnesota (mn.gov)
• Minnesotans can also sign up to receive a reward by calling (833) 431-2053 Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
