Summary

Hennepin Health has numerous ways to reward members for healthy habits. Some of these rewards and incentives include:

• $25 gift card for an annual dental visit 
• $50 gift card for completing a cervical cancer screening
• $50 gift card for completing a colorectal cancer screening
• Members with diabetes: $50 gift card for completing an eye exam and $25 gift card for completing an A1C test 
• $75 gift card for completing a pregnancy prenatal or postpartum visit
• Gift cards for Child & Teen Checkup visits
• Free car seats (for infants and children up to age 8) upon completion of a car seat class
