We offer health-care coverage to Hennepin County residents who are enrolled in a Minnesota Health Care Program (Medical Assistance and MNCare). Medical Assistance is a state insurance program that helps people with lower incomes or disabilities.
Our health plans cover adults, children and families. Each has different income or age requirements.
For adults – we offer Hennepin Health-PMAP and Hennepin Health-MinnesotaCare. For families and children – we offer Hennepin Health-PMAP and Hennepin Health-MinnesotaCare. For people with disabilities – we offer Hennepin Health-SNBC.
