Need help completing the paperwork? Member Services can help you find a MNsure navigator or find one online at MNsure.org. Eligible members can get a free ride to your navigator appointment by calling Member Services at 612-596-1036.

AHPS is different from member eligibility renewals; they are two separate things.
AHPS is an opportunity for you to change your health plan if you want. The AHPS period ended in early December.
