Members with limited English can call if you need:

  • Interpreter services or translations
  • Rides or bus passes for health care appointments and pharmacy pick-ups.

We provide meaningful language access to individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) so they can access our services and information.

We can help members find a dentist who is accepting new patients and schedule an appointment. Call our vendor Delta Dental at 651-348-3233 or 866-298-5549, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
 
Have a question about prescription drug coverage? Call our vendor Navitus Health Solutions at 833-210-5966.

Member Service Center

Located in downtown Minneapolis at 525 Portland Avenue, 8th floor.

Open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Members can stop in to:

  • Get help with benefits and reward vouchers. 
  • Pick up or reload a bus/rail pass. 
  • Use a private room to make a phone call or meet with a care team. 
  • Use the on-site computers to look up information like bus/rail maps and fares. 
  • Get help to find a doctor, dentist or clinic or make an appointment.
