Provider portal

We partner with Change Healthcare’s ConnectCenter for our provider portal. Providers can use our portal to check:

  • Member eligibility 
  • Claim status

If you’re already enrolled in the portal, login here.

New users

One administrator per clinic/care system may enroll by emailing HennepinHealth.ProviderPortal@hennepin.us to request access. Administrators should receive an email response within three business days to start the enrollment process. Once established as the administrator, additional employees can enroll.

Once enrolled, go to the provider portal and click on SignUp.
