One administrator per clinic/care system may enroll by emailing HennepinHealth.ProviderPortal@hennepin.us to request access. Administrators should receive an email response within three business days to start the enrollment process. Once established as the administrator, additional employees can enroll. Review these instructions on how to use the portal:
