Hennepin Health’s service authorization request form has been updated so providers can clearly mark the nature of their request: retro, current/standard, or urgent. Providers should utilize this feature to help with proper turnaround times, especially when a request is urgent.
Hennepin Health must meet these turnaround times for each type of request:
