MHCP offers free information sessions for providers to learn about how to help Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare members with the member eligibility renewal process. The virtual information sessions will discuss background information regarding member eligibility renewals, member tools and resources, and resources for providers and other stakeholders. Participants will be able to communicate with the presenters and other participants by using the chat feature during the webinars. Hennepin Health appreciates providers’ efforts to understand the member eligibility renewal process and the help they provide to members.
